Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the canola oil, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish, and pour the canola-honey mixture over the top. Cover the baking dish with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer reads 165 degrees. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
