Directions
- Peel, slice, and core pears and put in large bowl. Add cranberries, ¼ cup granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in bowl; toss to combine. Allow to rest 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. While pear mixture is resting, in a medium bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, brown sugar, almond meal, oats, nutmeg, remaining ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle melted butter over mixture and stir with fork until there are no pockets of dry ingredients left. Mix in pecans.
- Pour pears into 8-inch-by-8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with oat topping. Bake until pears are tender, around 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack before serving.
