No need to reach for the chips - this healthy fibre- and protein-rich snack will see you through to supper
- Cut apple into 6 or 8 vertical wedges. Remove core.
- Spread nut butter on apple wedges. Sprinkle each wedge with muesli.
- Handy Hint: Select whatever type muesli you prefer - one with raisins will make this "ants on a log" a little more traditional.
