- In a blender or food processor, combine almonds, lemon juice, oil, mustard, garlic, and pinch of salt and pepper. Process on high speed until mostly smooth, about 1 minute.
- Slowly add water and process until aioli reaches your preferred level of creaminess. (You might not use all the water).
