A simple, protein-packed wrap that's good for a healthy mind

- Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Stir in tuna, beans, tomatoes, onion, and celery until well combined.
- Lay wraps on a flat surface. Divide tuna mixture between wraps, spreading mixture over bottom edge of each. Top each with 1/2 cup of spinach. Tuck in sides of wrap and roll up. Secure with two toothpicks, if desired, then slice into halves and serve.
