  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and oil in small bowl. Press crumb mix into bottom of pan. Bake 5 minutes to set. Cool pan on wire rack. Meanwhile, reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
  3. Place cream cheese in food processor. Process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and process well.
  4. Pour mixture into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Let cake cool 30 minutes. Cover and chill 6 hours.
