- Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and oil in small bowl. Press crumb mix into bottom of pan. Bake 5 minutes to set. Cool pan on wire rack. Meanwhile, reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
- Place cream cheese in food processor. Process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and process well.
- Pour mixture into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Let cake cool 30 minutes. Cover and chill 6 hours.
