  1. Cook couscous in water or stock according to package directions. 
  2. In a small bowl, combine peas, tomatoes, couscous, and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir with a fork to combine. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Add greens to a serving bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and 1 Tbsp of oil from jar of tomatoes and toss to coat. Add the tuna, bell pepper, and pea mixture. Toss to combine.
  4. Handy Hint: Change it up by replacing tuna with another cooked protein.
